Definition of Terms

• Contract – represents the distance contract concluded between us and you, our clients. This contract is concluded without the simultaneous physical presence of the Seller and Buyer, through the acceptance of this Document by the Buyer after careful reading.
• Buyer/Client – any natural person, at least 18 years old, with full exercise capacity or any legal person/entity, who access the Site and contact us for Order.
• Seller – represents the company GOIA WEB SRL, as previously introduced.
